The PWG Desolventizing Toaster (DT-20XP) separates liquid molecules bound to fiber in post solvent extracted biomass.
Closed-loop inline processing system to provide 98%+ solvent recovery in a closed-loop extraction system
When recovering solvent from post extracted biomass, screw presses will recover 85%, Decanting Centrifuges 90% and 1500 rpm+ batch style centrifuges will recover 93% residual solvent. The PWG DT unit has a quick return on investment while delivering EPA acceptance levels for VOC gases.
