Deep vacuum / Low-temperature Distillation, Fractionation, Concentration, and Isolation of target compounds & molecules

The PWG distillation column design is based on verified physical properties of target molecules, such as (or including), Normal Boiling point Temperature, heat of vaporization, and vapor-liquid equilibrium curves, to deliver a cutting edge, high volume distillation solution. 

Our distillation equipment functions as a short path system to produce high-quality distillate.  Coupled with a second theoretical plate column section,  fractional distillation & increased efficiency result in high purity distillate products.

• PWG engineers have proven experience in designing, manufacturing, and installing distillation equipment for specialty oils and flavorings isolation with relevant patents dating back to 2016.
• Plant Works Group is the result of engineering partnerships with many of our current staff’s previous employers.   These strategic collaborations ensure you get the collective practical experience accumulated in the refinement space as well as proven short path fractional column design dating back to the 1980’s.
• 70 litre up to 360 litre input systems
• Closed-loop design to pair with the PWG Decarboxylation vessel
• Ability to remediate problem crude oil with unacceptable levels of waxes, lipids and other undesirables
